"My name is Adrian Stickland. Before I start, I will tell you a little about myself. I have over 13 years experience selling computer hardware worldwide. Recently, I made a career shift and I am now selling turnkey UV water purification systems worldwide.
I have taken quite a number of sales courses over the years and I have to say I enjoyed Jim's course the best. I feel this way because of his sincerity on approaching the subject. He is not evangelistic, over top, in your face and there is no 8 or 9 step selling process when he speaks to his students. You can see that he really cares that each student learns something from his class that will help them in their future sales endeavors. Jim is the only sales skills teacher that I know who has ever addressed the subject "Why do people buy things or services?". Unless you understand why people buy, you will have a hard time connecting to buyers.
Jim's one day course is intense, but not over whelming. Over the day he breaks down and dissects different aspects of selling which allows each student to think about what Jim has just said and then apply that insight to situations that they have experienced in the past. His teaching style is clear and concise. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their sales skills."
